Good news travels light, so here it is up front: Traceten is now part of the Neon Startup Program, the ClickHouse Cloud Startup Program and Claude for Startups. Three teams we admire, in the same stretch, each said yes.
Why this is more than a logo wall
It would be easy to write this as three badges and move on. It is worth a minute more than that, because none of these three are abstractions for us.
Neon is the Postgres behind every account, site and API key Traceten has ever issued. ClickHouse is where every classified visit lands, the table a dashboard query has to answer against quickly, every time. Claude is part of the internal engineering stack, woven into how the team builds and reviews the product day to day.
A startup program is less free infrastructure than it is a vote of confidence from the people who watch our usage most closely. Neon and ClickHouse see our query patterns before almost anyone else does. Anthropic's own team has watched Traceten use Claude at the center of its engineering workflow. Getting a yes from all three in the same stretch is easy to wave off as a marketing moment, and it is harder to actually feel: concretely, it means more room to keep building the parts of the product that do not ship as fast as a landing page section.
Why we're saying this out loud
Most infrastructure decisions never make it into a company's public writing, and for good reason: nobody outside the team cares which database you picked. This is different. Three teams whose judgment we respect looked at what we are building and decided to back it. That is worth more than the discount, and it is worth saying plainly rather than folding into a changelog line.
What changes for you
If you are already a Traceten customer, nothing about how the product works changes today. The three numbers we hold ourselves to, for snippet size, classification speed and dashboard query time, stay exactly where they were. No feature moves, no price changes, no migration to do.
What this buys is runway: more room to keep building AI visibility, revenue attribution and the rest of the roadmap at the pace we want, on infrastructure we trust, without the usual early-stage tradeoff between speed and cost.
Thank you
To the teams at Neon, ClickHouse and Anthropic: thank you. Good infrastructure partners are a competitive advantage, not a line item, and we don't take the three of you lightly.
