What does connecting Lemon Squeezy to Traceten give you?
Every paid Lemon Squeezy order, renewals included, is credited to the AI assistant that sent the buyer. You paste an API key and your store ID. Traceten creates the webhook, listens for two events, imports the last 90 days of paid orders and takes refunds off the source that earned them.

How do you connect Lemon Squeezy?

Create an API key
In Lemon Squeezy, open Settings, then API, and create a key. Note your store ID from Settings, then Stores.

Paste both into Traceten
In Settings, then Integrations, pick the site your checkout runs on, choose Lemon Squeezy and paste the key and store ID.

Pass the visitor id at checkout
Send the visitor id as checkout custom data named traceten_visitor_id, or add the order identifier to the confirmation button.

01Why does Traceten ask for my Lemon Squeezy store ID?
A Lemon Squeezy API key covers every store on your account. The store ID tells Traceten which store this site sells through, and orders are read for that store only.
02Are Lemon Squeezy renewals attributed?
Yes. A renewal creates a new order, and Traceten credits it to the AI source that won the customer, like a first purchase.
03Which Lemon Squeezy orders count as revenue?
Paid and partially refunded orders. Pending, failed and fully refunded orders are left out.
04Can I attribute a Lemon Squeezy checkout without writing code?
Yes. Add ?order_identifier=[order_identifier] to the confirmation modal's button link. When the buyer clicks it, the snippet on your page reports the order.
